Prosessventiler AS is a leading group of companies in Norway specialising in the supply and service of high-quality valves to markets such as oil and gas, both on- and off-shore, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and paper industries, the energy sector, ship-building, water and sewerage utilities and other processing industries. The company was formed in 1998 and today its head office is in Kolbotn, just outside Oslo, with a branch office in Bergen.

In addition there are subsidiary companies in Sweden and France. Building on our solid experience and customer focus, we provide solutions for our clients, both for large-scale complex projects with a high level of engineering and demand for documentation, and also for day-to-day deliveries from our 1200m² warehouse at head office.

Ball valves
A wide range of Pneumatic, Electric and Hydraulic Actuators for quarter turn- and linear valves. This incorporate features for trouble free operating with a long life time expectance. These actuators ensure high performance and smooth operation in all applications.

Forged Steel Valves

Type: Gate, Globe/Stop/Needle, Piston/Ball/Swing-check, drop & block check (Urea Service), through conduit, double expanding.
Body joining: Bolted and Welded bonnet (seal og full penetration), Bonnet less and pressure seal.
Execution: Straight, Y pattern & angle, bellows seals, cryogenic service, vacuum service, OS&Y, ISRS
Motorized: with electric, pneumatic actuators.
Sizes: ¼” to 24” reduce and full bore (Urea service up to 8”)
End connections: SW, threaded, BW, Hub and flanged (integral type)
Rating: ANSI class 150 to 4500 lbs.
